Testimonials
and Adoption Experiences
We
adopted our two beautiful children with the help of Wasatch International
Adoptions. I am sure you can relate with our many questions and hesitations
with the adoption process. WIAA was wonderful in getting information to
us and in helping to calm our fears. With the many adoptions they handle
every day, they were able to respond to my questions within a day or so
(and I had LOTS of questions). While in Vietnam, we had a wonderful facilitator
who took care of everything while we were there. We were able to get in
and out of the country very smoothly. It was a wonderful process that
we will be doing again in the future. We wish you the best of luck!

I
adopted my wonderful son through Wasatch International Adoptions. This
was my first adoption and, as a single parent. I found the directors and
staff at WIA extremely helpful and supportive. They were always available
to answer questions and guide me through the process. The directors and
staff at WIA are some of the most caring and compassionate people I have
worked with, as well as being very professional and knowledgeable. Five
months after making my first call to Wasatch, I was in Moldova to bring
home my precious child. My Moldovan experience was one of the best in
my life, and I could not be happier with the results.

Hi,
this is David Roat. Was just sitting here tonight dreaming of my little
one soon to come home and thought what the heck, I'll surf around a little
bit before turning in. With nothing else on my mind lately, I decided
to search for "Bulgaria Adoptions" and just see if I could learn anything
new since starting our process last Oct. In looking around and comparing
this to that I soon found myself on the Wasatch site and have read the
entire site. I can not tell you how fortunate we feel to have the staff
at Wasatch working with us. I couldn't imagine this adoption with any
other agency. As with all journeys in life you meet people along the way
and tend to trade stories about the particulars involving ones journey,
I have heard how some feel left out, uninvolved, misinformed or uninformed
altogether, Brenda and I can honestly say that we have never felt anything
but complete openess, honesty and compassion from the entire staff at
Wasatch. Nothing in our lives together has felt more right than the love
we share for our son and as we prepare to make our dream a reality I would
like to take this oppurtunity now to say thank you, from the bottom of
our joy filled hearts, thank you so much for helping make our dream come
true. We will forever be grateful.
God bless,
- David Roat

- Love and Protection from God
Three years ago, Mark
and I decided we really wanted to have a child of our own. We both agreed
that if it was meant to be God will guide us down the right path to get
our child. Unfortunately, we could not have a child naturally, so we looked
towards adoption. That is where we found Wasatch International.
The path to get our Grace was not an easy one. We met many different obstacles
down the road, however these turned out to be lessons of patience as well
as we feel God protecting us and Grace from the horrible SARS illness.
This was a very difficult time for us. Both Kathy Kaiser, Carolyn Johnson
and Xiumin Overall were exceedingly patient with us despite how upset
we were. They were there to console us and helped us get our baby. I cannot
thank them enough for putting up with us!!
Now, we have our lovely Gracie. She is our little hero. It is absolutely
amazing what this child has over come to fit in with our family. She was
fearful of EVERYTHING, and now she is just a little house-a-fire! She
is so brave and so strong. From the very beginning she just knew we were
her mommy and daddy and showered her love on us! Even when we are sick,
or feeling blue, Gracie will come up to us and lay her head on our leg
and give us kisses! They could not have possibly picked a better child
for us!!
Thank you
so much!!!

After
much research on adoption, we chose to go to Guatemala for our little
angel. I had a friend that had worked with Wasatch to get her little boy
home. She had nothing but good things to say about the agency and staff.
After some ups and downs with paperwork and documents, we were finally
ready for our referral. Our referral was very quick (within a month) We
got to see our daughter at 3 days old (and held by her birthmom at that)
She is so beautiful. We fell in love instantly. She was definitely meant
for us. Finally, at 8 months, we got the call to go pick her up. Her foster
mom had taken such good care of her. She is so loving and accepting of
people. She was a healthy, happy, 20 lb ball of joy. She went right to
us and just loves her brother and sister.
We want to thank everyone at Wasatch for such a great adoption experience
and for the lifetime of love we have with this precious girl.
Sincerely,
Julie and Randy
